On one side, the view ... of Manhattan
On the other, the apartments .... in Long Island City, not bad!!!

Long Island is a mystery to me, having never been there. Hence my surprise to see high rises. I thought Long Island was suburban houses on big lots. Thanks for the education. And happy holidays to you too.
