A New York Landmark
After 26 years in New York
It was about time I climbed this Landmark
and join the lanes of tourists eager to see how the city looks from the 102nd floor

Apres 26 ans a new York ,

The beginning of the trip is already worth the cost of the ticket....
Oh ben dis donc ! C'est beau là dedans !
A bientôt Marie-Noyale !
Bisous !
Wow. when you enter in, you are already greeted with such a sight!
I hope you took the elevator.... This is a lovely entrance! My grandfather took me up several times when I was little, but haven't been back up since.
I keep seeing photos of the exterior, but this is the first time I'm seeing the entrance — and I love it! Thank you so much for photographing and posting it.
It looks splendid! I'm excited to see more from above.

No doubt it is a remarkable tourist spot!I have an amateur picture from this spot I need to confess! ;-) But nothing compares to your picture! You have a blessed talent and I'm your fan!
I love NY!

Gorgeous! hope you had fun!
J'ai la mêmeueueueu! Ca me donne une furieuse envie de remonter !
wow ! la première fois que j'y suis montée , let me think ... it was in 1969 ... coming from the Emerald coast in Brittany ! What a shock then ! ;-)
I remember seeing at when I was about eight years old but I can't remember if we climbed it, I think we did but I can't be sure.
As the perfect tourist I was also at the top the day following my first arrival ... some 44 years ago! I must admit that I was never at the top of the Tour Montparnasse after 35 years in Paris! But, I have been to the top of the Eiffel Tower, which is not the case of many Parisians! Have a nice weekend!
Well Peter you're on for the Tour Montparnasse! WE're not walking but we will take that fine elevator.
M-N, there's a meeting here WEd. Wish you were here. Your photo today is superb as always.
My WV is BOTTLE as in bottle of vin??HA
Exactly the view I mentioned in yesterday's comment -:)
Love the shot of this sign. I've always loved the Empire State building and been fascinated with everything about it.
Gorgeous!
